CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking Information – Wellness House To ensure a seamless experience, a credit card and contact number are required at the time of booking for most services. Cancellations: Life happens—we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee. Gratuities: Gratuities are always appreciated and may be offered in cash / venmo only. At this time, we are unable to add them to card payments. Arrival: To help us maintain a calm and timely flow for all guests, please arrive a few minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service. We look forward to welcoming you.

With over 11 years of industry experience and 4 years as a hair educator, Alyssa brings creativity, versatility, and a deep passion for her craft to every appointment. Classically trained at Paul Mitchell, she has built a strong foundation in advanced color techniques—including lived-in color, grey blending, blonding, and bold fashion shades—as well as creative haircuts like shags, curly cuts, mullets, and precision styles. Alyssa is known for her personalized approach and attention to detail, always aiming to make each client feel confident and beautiful when they leave her chair.

Stacey, founder of Cold Spring Apothecary, has spent over 18 years redefining natural, results-driven skincare. Her career began in nursing, where she developed a nuanced understanding of the body and laid the foundation for her holistic approach to aesthetic. This philosophy shapes her work at every level, from early plant-based remedies inspired by personal sensitivities to the bespoke formulations that laid the foundation for her brand over 15 years ago. Today, she is best known for her signature facials, where advanced skincare technology meets intuitive, whole-body healing, with a focus on anti-aging and skin barrier repair. At the center is The Apothecary Facial, a highly customized treatment incorporating microcurrent and real-time, custom-compounded skincare to deliver precise, visible results.
