CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking Information – Wellness House To ensure a seamless experience, a credit card and contact number are required at the time of booking for most services. Cancellations: Life happens—we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee. Gratuities: Gratuities are always appreciated and may be offered in cash / venmo only. At this time, we are unable to add them to card payments. Arrival: To help us maintain a calm and timely flow for all guests, please arrive a few minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service. We look forward to welcoming you.

Berlin’s incredible hair journey started sweeping floors in vibrant Puerto Rico, learning from his family of cosmetologists and barbers before refining his skills with high-end mentors. He genuinely connects with his models, blending artistry and technical skill to make them feel refreshed and confident. Expect classic techniques with a fresh, modern twist! His passion for fashion, art, and business ensures a truly complete beauty experience. We are so excited to welcome his unique sense of style to Apothecary!
Alyssa O'Neill
With over 11 years of industry experience and 4 years as a hair educator, Alyssa brings creativity, versatility, and a deep passion for her craft to every appointment. Classically trained at Paul Mitchell, she has built a strong foundation in advanced color techniques—including lived-in color, grey blending, blonding, and bold fashion shades—as well as creative haircuts like shags, curly cuts, mullets, and precision styles. Alyssa is known for her personalized approach and attention to detail, always aiming to make each client feel confident and beautiful when they leave her chair.
